The receptionists and doctors are rude. They don't take ownership of their failings and they don't show any empathy over the fact their dealing with peoples health when they've made an error. I've never experienced such bad service and medical advice. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY if you care about your health. | ||||||

Lately the surgery has improved.new reception staff and atmosphere changed the senior.partner dr.who i see all time.is.wonderful. Very attentive. And caring. Established a.good relationship with the practice because i wasnt nasty and gace it a.xhamce for them to get to know me and vis versa. And my patience went in my favour the nest thing about it is its literally across the road from me so if i did have to change it would have been far!!! | ||||||

Disappointing was very good st first then went from hill needing a very urgent appointment due to complications of dialysis and refused to see me. Even tho told me to call early in the morning to get an appointment. ???? | ||||||
