I have been with this practice for thirty years. The reception staff are efficient and helpful and not condescending like other surgeries. Their on line patient access system is great.. When you need urgent advice, it’s there,!! You can never please everybody but here there are no reasons to complain here, definitely five star. My 87 year old mother thinks they are wonderful as well. | ||||||

I phoned for an appointment as I had tried all guidance on NHS website. I was called back within 10 minutes to be triaged. I was offered an appointment and seen by a very polite doctor and was prescribed some medication. I always find the staff at this surgery are always polite and understanding. I recently made an appointment with my doctor, he sent me for cat explained what was the problem and gave me options how to proceed also offered an injection to the offending joint which was performed expertly to excellent effect thank you so much. | ||||||
