Dr Burns was so informative with my worrying health issue. I am very lucky to have such a passionate doctor. On a recent telephone appt. She discussed my health issue at length. Prescribed medication which completely healed my head and outer ear infection. |

I had to wait 8 weeks to speak to my GP, but when I did speak to her today she was fantastic. Spent a lot time with me going through everything, she is very on the ball! I am so grateful. |

Staff unaware when the practice manager is in. Dr has recently left and the chaos this has produced especially when dealing with someone who has physical and learning disabilities and is due to a PIP form completing. I feel this surgery is unable to cope with adults who are VULNERABLE. Reply from St Clements Partnership Wed, 24 Jul 2019 11:43:14 +0100 Thank you for your comment. St Clements is in a transitional phase at the moment and I am sorry that you feel that we are in chaos. We have a new reception team so this may have caused them to be unaware if the Practice Manager were in due to the location of her office. Some forms do need the patient to attend the surgery and I believe that this is what the staff tried to organise. I will endeavour to share all information to staff to avoid this in the future. |
