Saw Diabetic nurse, told her I was happy to start meds as was taking enough. Side effects were to much going to make my existing conditions worse. I wasn't prepared to take that risk. I had just been diagnosed so also want to try with diet. She was having none of it kept saying I was high risk, your carrying it around your middle! In the end I felt so pressured in to saying I'd take them. She was telling me then I needed another medication I refused that too saying let's do one med and see how I go...what happen to co-production between patients and staff!!! Like most surgeries these days it's gone down hill I'd move if there was a better surgery in the area!! |

Saw doctor Dermatologist at Northampton General Hospital on 6th November- after dropping off the Precriptions he gave me to this GP on Monday 8th November- I was unable to get the prescribed medication for 5 days - I was told by receptionist this was because it had to be scanned onto their systems before the doctor could act on it. The lady in front of me was told it would be 5 days before she could access needles and drugs prescribed for her also - this is unacceptable. Very jobsworth attitude now on reception and in the management of this practice since Covid 19 |
