Sat in waiting room, not long after surgery had opened for the morning, waiting to see Dr. Receptionist started to argue with another member of staff in front of waiting people. Very unprofessional, didn’t need or want to hear it. Should’ve been dealt with in a private room away from the public |

They told me to make a physio appointment then a follow up enquiry denied that. E consult is the most ridiculous long winded way to avoid giving appointments. They won't even let me make a new appointment until after I have had an xray. Impersonal, ignorant, useless uncaring non service. |
