Well, I have an appointment on the 3rd of January. Nobody answered the phone although I was on the phone for 2 hours today. A second of January trying to find out what time my appointment is. I am now on the website at 10:17. Trying to find an email address to email the clinic to find out if my appointment is still on or if it's been cancelled. Though email address has been cancelled for East trees health centre, there is no email to communicate with the hell centre. Nobody answers the phone, and you can't go into the surgery because they're not letting youine so what are patients supposed to do I think this information should have been provided worst? So yeah, I am very unhappy because I cannot communicate with anybody. | ||||||

I am a temporary patient, I got all fast registration and all the help and all the answers I needed from the receptionists.
They were all very kind and really whishing toi help and facilitate.
Very good sensation of clean, well organized and highly professional place | ||||||
