My husband works from 7am mon to fri. Iwork those times aswell. I cant book appointment for him, he's been trying for few months now to see a doctor, told to ring at 8am, which hes tried,everytime its engaged, then it rings then cuts you off, told to book on line, wasnt working, had a spare hour so he went in to be told yes the dr has appointment free for next day but wouldn't book one,had to ring next am.i had day off so I started ringing at 8am engaged,rang cut me off. So I went up,explained its engaged,then rings and cuts you off, receptionist just said that's our phone system. Cant book an appointment, you have to have phone call first. In the end book a phone call appointment, receptionist very rude un helpful.unhelpfull service. | ||||||

The most unhelpful telepohone service imaginable. The man I spoke to was rude, entirely useless and it was clear from his tone that he simply couldn't be bothered to answer my questions. I strongly recommend you register elsewhere. | ||||||
