My mother is in agony with her bad back. The doctors just prescribe useless tablets with no effect. They are over the phone pill pushers not interested in a proper diagnosis or examination. Absolutely useless. | ||||||

The receptionist on the front desk most morning, is rude, obnoxious and unhelpful with everything from an appointment to repeat script. The doctors do not seem to care about why you are there but ask random questions not related to the problem When I spoke to the practice manager she was dismissive and lacked empathy. The surgery has changed over the last 10 years and not for the best.The bright light are the nurses, run ragged but still smile and treated with respect and dignity, nothing is too much trouble | ||||||

I have found that the receptionists, Nurses and Dr. have been very good. Every request for an appointment, information or help have been accommodated. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery to anyone moving to the area | ||||||
