Dreadful! From rude and impatient reception staff who fail to inform people of certain rules and then expect you to know them to Dr's who fail to follow up or support you. 3 weeks wait just to get a phone call appt with your own GP only to have to start another 3 week wait because he didn't do what he said he would. There is a distinct lack of care for patients with chronic conditions at this place and a complete disregard for continuing suffering. I would definitely not recommend this surgery to anyone at all. |

I used the excellent e consult system and received a call back within 10 hours, the gp was supportive, understanding and really did go above and beyond to get me started on some much needed antibiotics for a sinus infection. Excellent service leatside! |

I tried to make an appointment on line! It was four weeks before I could see any doctor and that was with a doctor that I had not met and not my choice. Doctors listed at later dates made no mention of my preferred doctor or of many other doctors at the practice. Telephone appointment? Exactly the same! Before Covid, I could make appointments within days and almost always with a preferred practitioner. When oh when are we going to see a proper service again? |
