Went to see the nurse with my mother who is 95yrs. She was brilliant with her. Follow up appt with Dr Hill, she was so friendly thorough and caring. Very impressed. | ||||||

This is the best surgery in Teignmouth. All the staff from receptionists, health care assistants & all the G.Ps are brilliant, they are very helpful, they cannot do enough for you or your problems. Nothing is too much trouble this is a very proactive surgery & they deserve 5 * | ||||||

Having had to call to try and get an appointment to see a GP I also already had an appointment for routine blood check. The receptionist had the face of a sour bag of lemons. No good morning, how can I help. Made very little eye contact and came across as aggressive in her manner and body language. I asked while I was there was it possible for a GP to see me, her answer was No they make their own appointments. With that a receptionist who is experienced and polite took over. Do these people not realize that if they are the front line of the NHS it is not a positive face to show to the people. It did upset me as I feel unwell and really did not expect to be spoken to like an idiot. | ||||||
