i Have been with Catherine House Surgery for a very long time, with a chronic illness that has at certain times required a lot of attention. I hear tales about f local surgeries and people being unable to access their doctor or being unable to get through on the phone, but none of this applies here. The surgery has grown a lot over the past few years and it no longer feels like a ‘family’ but they nevertheless do their best to support patients as individuals rather than as numbers. Thank nx you Catherine House for all your support over the years. | ||||||

As a family we have used this surgery for 15 years. I have always found them to be exceptionally helpful.
The fact that yo can make an appointment in the mornings usually for the same day is absolutely wonderful.
All the staff are very professional and skilled. I have had great help from nurses post surgery, and also for general screening and good support from the doctors.
Reception staff always try to accommodate you .
I think we are very lucky in Totnes to have such a god surgery, other people know who live in other parts of the UK do not seem to have the same excellent level of service. We have been with this practice for 30 plus years. In that time we have found all the doctors, nurses, receptionists to be most helpful and efficient.
Any appointments are made easily, and the “walk in service” mornings is extremely helpful to everyone.
Our treatment for any medical procedure has been first class.
Would hate to leave Totnes as I doubt we would ever find such a lovely friendly and efficient practice. We have in fact just changed our 'walk in service' slightly - you can now telephone the surgery and book an approximate time to be seen rather than just drop in and wait in the waiting room, we still have the same GP's available, you can choose who you see and we still accept any problems, we have been running this now for one month and it seems to be working well. If your appointment time isn't immediate you can pop into the town for a coffee or paper. We appreciate any comments on our services. | ||||||
