I sat and told my friend Monday night to ask for an urgent appointment for Tuesday they said is it urgent she said yes I have a large lump under my arm the receptionist told her to go online and write about her problems to the doctor and made her a appointment for next Monday this is a surgery offering help hang on what help they advertise saying don’t leave anything if you think you have cancer get in contact with your doctor straight away so she did so now she has to wait a week to see someone disgusting that’s what it is this Monday she sat watching her mother die and her husband being admitted to hospital with heart problems and there was no care for my friend from Buckland surgery she needs an urgent appointment and they they have let her down shame on you Buckland surgery stop making COVID your excuse so so bad | ||||||
