Denied post op medication by Doctor. Took 4 days to actually find this out. Prescription issued then cancelled no communication from surgery to advised as to what’s going on. Doctor unhelpful, reception staff helpful. Defiantly need to listen to patients more and also read past messages as I had to explain my self again and again and no one seemed to have read the previous email. Complete waste of time to complete AskmyGP. | ||||||

I have had many issues recently. Can I get an appointment to see a doctor? NO .. Do I get a promised phone call? NO... Am I put in a telephone queue YES...Are the receptionists unhelpful? VERY. Ask my GP marginally helpful if one has access to a laptop something I cannot do at present. I only have a broken neck and 7 staples in a head wound!! Absolutely dreadful state of affairs!! | ||||||
