All GPs at this surgery offer a high standard of patient care. They allow plenty of time, take a genuine interest, make sure that they communicate clearly and are understood, show compassion and empathy, and generally make every effort to provide an outstanding level of service. I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and they have only improved over that time. Getting an appointment isn't always easy, but that seems to be common across surgeries at the moment. |
