Spoke to doctor on Friday he said I needed to be seen in person receptionist would ring later that day and book a appointment this never happened I rang to find out why receptionist was extremely rude and told me I would have to go through the whole process again even though I had already spoken to the doctor I tried to explain this but she was completely off hand and as I said earlier very rude | ||||||

Spoke to doctor on Friday by phone he said I needed to see doctor said receptionist would ring later that day and give me an appointment this never happened I rang to find out why the receptionist was extremely rude told me I would have to go through the whole process again I tried to explain I had already spoken to the doctor but she then told me she was hanging up absolutely disgusting way to treat someone in pain | ||||||

I go for my B12 every 12 weeks and I have to say, the nurses who administer it are so professional and accommodating and fun. I am not a fan of being at a surgery (or needles) and each nurse always remembers and makes the experience enormously pleasant. I have never been delayed. Needles never hurts! Always in and out in zippy time. Reception staff always facilitate a time which suits me - never a problem. And always so pleasantly. A surgery I am very proud and happy to use. onwards and upwards all at St Katherine's. | ||||||
