Don’t ever register at this Practice! I am a carer for my partner and he’s on a long list of medication and is terribly ill and I’ve had nothing but incompetence, stress and total lack of care! They do not care at all - some of the reception staff are defensive and argue! I will forever be in total shock at this practice and their total lack of care. I never cry about my situation but every time I call I end up in tears. Please avoid at all costs. | ||||||

I attended with my youngest child to have her preschool boosters today and was really worried about how she would react and cope in the situation as she gets frightened easily.
The Nurse who provided care for my daughter was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and had great interaction with my daughter who sailed through the appointment without a single worry or tear.
Honestly great service as always with the Spa Practice. I have never had a bad experience with this practice. Well done! | ||||||

What a great service this practise provides. I have never had a bad experience here. On this occasion the phone was answered quickly by friendly reception staff, I was given a choice of appointment times. I arrived and the electronic check in worked well and I was seen at my appointment time. The doctor listened carefully and was engaging and helpful, did not rush me and genuinely gave me the feeling they cared. Previously I have required other tests related to symptoms and these have always been completed at the time of the visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the service the whole team from front desk to nurse/support staff and the doctors all provide. It is refreshing to see. You should all be very proud. I would recommend Spa Medical Practise to anyone. | ||||||
