This surgery used to be really good but has gone down a lot I waited 3 weeks for my exray results kept being told they had not come back only to find they were there all along. Then had a gp appointment to talk about the results which I might add was a telephone appointment. Only to find that had been cancelled and I wasn't told. 3 years on from covid and you can't even get to see your gp. It is a joke. | ||||||

Patients are now expected to listen to an excessive amount of recorded information before listening to irritating music which seems to go on for ever before being told where they are in the queue ?? | ||||||

After phoning surgery I was given an appointment to see a doctor later that afternoon. Very impressed with the doctor who asked plenty of questions and prescribed medication and also made an appointment for a phone call from a physiotherapist. | ||||||
