I just can't get through to the receptionist. The new selection tells me to press 1 and then it goes back to repeating the options. Is that the receptionist now?. I still haven't managed to speak to anyone after 2 weeks of trying at different times of day and different days of the week. There are now only 2 Dr.'s left from the Market Surgery on your present list. What is happening to a once efficient and caring surgery. In trying to be a health partnership instead of a plain surgery The Ldebury Health Patprnership is failing its patients and I suspect also its staff. | ||||||

New to the area and have had a few occasions when I have needed to speak to, or visit, the surgery. Every member of staff I have encountered has been exceptionally polite and respectful. The Drs have been really helpful. Thanks to all involved.
