I’ve only just moved to the area and I must say this surgery has been amazing. I called and was number 17 in the cue. It took less than 4 mins to get through those calls to get to me . All the staff are so very helpful. And the Doctor was brilliant . First class service xx | ||||||

This practice needs to change and take into account they do have a duty of care towards those people who require medical attention , at the moment this practice offers a second rate service . Poor level of appointments between two surgeries . | ||||||

Today I attempted many times to get through on the phone to the Reception to make an appointment.No luck at all and kept getting cut off every time.So despite having a chest infection I drove to the surgery to make an appointment face to face .I needed to update my work about my situation and could not do this until I had spoken to the GP. Having driven to the doctors I informed reception that I had tried several times to get through on the phone, failed to do so and so needed to make an appointment.She refused to make one even though I was standing there , and asked me to book online instead.I explained that I had called them a few times only to be told they are very busy as it’s Monday.This does not mean we should get cut off !! So I sat in my car outside the surgery where I sat in the cold trying to get through to the GP…this took about 35 minutes when booking me something there and then would have taken reception 2 minutes….it’s absolute shocking treatment | ||||||
