I only joined this surgery around a year ago and have never had a problem at all. The staff are always friendly on the phone and face to face. It is a very warm and caring surgery. As a surgery worker myself it is very rare i am able to get time off to attend open surgery but the staff have always accommodated me if that is the case and will ensure to find me an appointment at a suitable time. Its nice to be seen as a patient rather than a number. Well done and Thankyou to you all for doing such a good job. I know it's very difficult! | ||||||

I rung the surgery this afternoon to make an enquiry and the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. No need to speak to someone like that. Poor service!! | ||||||
