I have tried to contact the surgery and after 105 calls and constantly getting busy I have given up my mother after her appointment with the Nurse had to get her blood pressure checked at home for 7 days, this we have done and all I want to know is can I fax this to you or will I need to send by post? | ||||||

i phoned today on behalf of my wife who got locked out of hers system online and wishing to log back in after being asked all my details and my wife told we would get an email with lock in details from your records .Have not received anything i urgently want to order her prescription drugs as she has run out. i know its not easy to understand all the questions when you are in your late 80s | ||||||

Called surgery for advice about a developing condition and required a way forward. Rarely contact the surgery and was precise with details and timeline. Was seen by a Doctor who was very professional, succinct and to the point. Provided very suitable advice to the matter and provided ways to combat the issue which I as the patient was happy with. Quite simply it is now for me to carry out this advice to alleviate the problem. Thank you to the Doctor for superb service and has provided reading matter which is clear and concise to assist.
