After being at Felixstowe road practice all my life and not getting seen in two days because after waiting on the phone for over an hour to be told all appointments had gone ! Each day ! I decided to go to two rivers medical centre ,the reception is superb and my doctor Philip smith as he is now my appointed doctor one special man ! I get to see the doctors or practice nurses for rashes etc the day I ring up, yes you do after wait ages and some times it's over an hour, especially Monday's after people being ill all weekend ,but be patient put your phone on loud carry on doing your chores don't sit and wait there's nothing worse ! And you will get seen good health to all who ever reads this , local Ipswich man James Sayer | ||||||

I telephoned this morning as I was worried about a small growth that appeared on my back. I was given an appointment for same afternoon and thankfully a very nice helpful reassured me that it was nothing to worry about and future advice. From reception answering the phone to seeing the doctor I could not have had better treatment. | ||||||
