Brilliant surgery, the doctors all good dr de Sylvia I think is exceptional taking time to explain and show notes, dr Sheila have not seen her as much but always happy with her to look after me. The nurses and health care folks always patient when doing my bloods, and, I personally have always found reception to be helpful and if no appointments left always apologetic . A great practice to have confidence in |

Never do as consultant instructs them to, never follow up care properly, refuse to give treatments. And never on time, expect to wait at least an hour or so when you arrive as 10 am means 11am possibly on a good day. Needs to be looked at by CQC. Reply from Hawthorn Drive Surgery Tue, 16 Jul 2019 09:58:11 +0100 Dear sir or madam Please accept our sincere apologies for the late running clinic you attended, whilst clinicians endeavour to keep to 10 minute appointments sometimes inevitably due to complex patient problems clinicians do run late. I am most concerned that you feel that the clinician did not follow the instructions of a consultant, has not followed up your care and has refused to give treatment. Unfortunately as you have not left your name i cannot investigate this. As per our complaints procedure please contact me, via phone, in person, email or letter and provide details to enable me to investigate. Practice Manager |

I got a call at 5pm and after explaining symptoms wad asked to go to surgery yo so e water sample. I did this went home and got phone call to say o had an infection and a prescription would be at reccaption in next 10 minutes. I was so impressed as I felt quite ill by now .
