I switched to the Martlesham surgery two years ago. I can say without any hesitation that my experiences have been good. A couple of times I have had to call on the surgery because of an illness and each time the treatment and getting an appointment have been prompt and thorough. The much maligned receptionists have always provided me with the information I needed. The online prescription ordering system works really well. The frantic "on the day appointments" can sometimes be a little hit and miss, generally work and the receptionists are good at assessing an urgent need. Considering the pressure on the Surgery and the number of patients I would rate the Martlesham Heath Surgery as being good. I understand there have been issues with getting another full time Doctor but the Surgery seems to have managed this shortage well with the use of Locums. Well done and thank you to all everyone who work here. | ||||||
