A once excellent local medical surgery has become a complete nightmare. It's impossible to get a callout, even when the patient is suffering from cancer. Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get a trip to the moon. Utterly appalling. |

Doctors...I saw 2 female doctors at this surgery in 2019. Both dreadful and I thought very rude. No introductions, not interested and couldn't get me out of the surgery quick enough. During pandemic nowhere to be seen for far too long. I spoke to a Locum thankfully when I needed an appointment. He was good. Reception...Less than impressed every time I've been into the Surgery. Same person every time.. shes quite rude face to face and on phone at times. Diabetes care...EXCELLENT for which I'm very grateful and only reason I've not changed surgery yet. |
