May 4 2022 My child was admitted to Wizard Ward and, at a time of great upheaval for our family, the staff were caring and friendly and gave my child confidence again. They called daily with an update, and were always positive.

Jan 10 2022 My child was admitted to wizard which is the acute ward. She then went onto buttercup which is the low secure ward. I am forever grateful for this hospital. They do everything by the book and informed me of rights and procedures that I would never have known my child had. The communication is brilliant and I received a call everyday to inform me of my child’s day. Patients are allowed smart phones and family Involvement is strongly encouraged. Having experienced other mental health hospitals I can safely say that this hospital stands head and shoulders above the rest
