Visited bridgewater hospital today to have a bowel endoscopy,I was very nervous but the whole experience was wonderful the staff are very careing and professional, and all very very friendly the procedure itself was more uncomfortable than painful but gas and air was on hand which was great thankyou to everyone. From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming, I felt informed and included in decisions. The staff were vigilant to my needs, ensuring I was pain free and comfortable.
