My brother was a patient at Wotton Lawn for 6 weeks. I am next of kin and my brother asked that doctors kept me abreast of treatment etc. In those 6 weeks not once did a doctor phone me to update me or ask for additional information. I have requested at least half a dozen times, if not more, for a doctor to either phone or email me regarding my brothers treatment and diagnosis. To no avail! I find this very unprofessional as well as negligent. |
