The care we offer We provide nursing care and care for young, physically disabled adults. We also provide convalescence and palliative care, specialist care for Parkinson's and Huntington's disease as well as respite. Our registered nurses and highly-trained care assistants provide professional, respectful, 24-hour care and support, according to every resident's individual care plan.

Key features of Tenterden House Originally a private country manor house built by the Cadbury chocolate-manufacturing family, Tenterden House became a Bupa care home in 1996. The house has since been sensitively transformed into a modern, well-equipped nursing home. While retaining the air of spacious Victorian elegance, Tenterden House offers a warm and homely environment.

Home life The bedrooms are light and airy, with tasteful décor and good quality co-ordinating furnishings, television, thermostatic radiator, smoke alarm and 24-hour call system. Most are en-suite and have a delightful garden view. There are three large, comfortable lounges where residents can relax, socialise with friends and family, listen to music or watch television. The quiet lounge is an ideal place for reading, playing cards or simply relaxing.
