    My mum went into respite in February 2016 and has been treated amazingly. I'm sure there have been problems in the past but hand on heart she has received the best care and is still there now. My mum loves it, friendly staff, the food is excellent, caring, responsive to her. Should it not be like this I would have moved her a long time ago. I'm personally a social worker, live out of town and if there are any problems I'm always made aware. I can not fault St Claire's. One of the best homes in Lincolnshire.

    St Claire's is no long a Nursing Home but just residential. Just before the change I noticed a big difference in the standard of care the patients was receiving, although since the change it has got even worst. It appears to be standard practice for the management and staff to smoke indoors, the staff are not up to speed with the medication that they are administering and sometimes it is after 23.00 when the patients receive their medication. Overall I would not recommend this residential home.
