    Truly appalling patient service. Takes 45 mins to get through, almost impossible to get an appt even if you ring when lines open at 8am. You have to try every day for weeks. No general online appt booking. Prescriptions clerks send incorrect medications at the wrong times. Open Access involves waiting 3 hrs to see a nurse when you've requested a doctor.

    My wife and moved t Colchester 2016 and were quite apprehensive about finding a new surgery. We have nothing but praise for our new surgery. Doctorsare kind, compassionate and very prosessional .also receptionists are also very helpful.
