After waiting 50 minutes on the phone I got an appointment in 2weeks time but only a phone appointment awful service receptionist not very good apparently this surgery is bottom of the list for efficiency in horsham | ||||||

I have been with this Surgery for over 40 years. There is no way to compare the care available now with then. I think the problems really started when they went through with ambitious merger proposals, I suspect to reduce overhead costs. The individual staff are still great but they know the problems of access is now a big issue. There are other Surgeries in the town that are coping much better. I won’t be changing, even though it is rare to see my own Doctor. | ||||||
