I've been trying for days to speak with someone about a repeat prescription that is on hold until my review, which is a month away. Eventually got through after 45 mins on hold to be told to message through the airmid app. Airmid app says the surgery have disabled messaging. Try again, another 45 mins on hold and told to message via contact form on the website. Go to the website to find orchard surgery have currently disabled the contact form. This service is shocking. All I need is my prescription to cover me until my review yet they seem to be making it so unnecessarily difficult |

During the past six months I have been very unwell and the guidance, professionalism, kindness and concern for my health shown by the doctor I see has been exemplary. I am now improving, and wish to convey my thanks to him.

Great Doctors Surgery I have been with them for 35 years never not got an appointment the staff have always been very helpful and kind.when I listen to others talking about there surgeries I thank my lucky stars for being with Orchard surgery thank you all so much. |
