12 minutes on hold is average and I am SICK to the back teeth of hearing they are ‘experiencing higher than average call numbers’ Get another rude receptionist to answer the phone! |

Unbelievably shocking service. Constant blocking and barriers by reception staff who are incredibly rude. Refused immediate help for mental health crisis and told to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Dr Denny even told me in that he values his staff above seeing people face to face. If you value your mental health do not use this practice, they will send you around in circles with frustration. I have been prescribed blood pressure medication based upon medical symptoms described over the phone, no physical checks were completed. This surgery will cause deaths of countless people and they will not care. Its absolutely filthy in the waiting room, the receptionists look like they just got out of bed, no pride in presentation. No gloves are worn during examinations or when bloods are taken. Gross negligence and endangerment to life is an understatement. I have asked to move to another surgery in the area for the safety of my family including my baby boy but I'm told I cannot due to numbers in other surgeries. I cannot stress enough how dirty and incompetent this practice is. Luckily I have a private medical plan through my employer but there still times where I have to lower myself into the gutter and call the surgery for non existent help. It's funny how there are signs saying abuse of staff will not be tolerated when they actually deserve it considering how they speak to people. |

I am generally a well person due to a sensible diet and active lifestyle , however when I reached middle-age I had an appointment with my Doctor who recommended tests for blood pressure, Diabetes and Cholesterol. The results of these tests unveiled two small problems which are being treated with a combination of a medicine and a change of lifestyle, as a result I realise that I will live a longer , happier life . I am very pleased with the service received from my Doctor supported by the surgery staff. |
