Terrible horrible stressful unbelievable experience from the moment you just need to see your Doctor. From the moment you speak to the person you asked you in a very patronising manner why are you calling them??? . And have to tell theses people answering the phone your issue in details. In a very awkward situation. Because this is a personal matter. And only can wish to speak to a Doctor.since Covid it has been a struggle to speak or see a doctor. | ||||||

It is easy to rate this practice with a high score because of the high quality of care that is a thread throughout the surgery. This means everyone from reception, nurses and doctors all listen carefully and with sympathy regardless of who you are in contact with at any time.
This attitude and overall ethos of the practice is so reassuring when you are facing serious health problems and awaiting diagnosis; just at the time when you are most vulnerable to panic and distress.
The views expressed in this review have been formed over a long time and are all the more of an accurate rating because of that time span; it includes a wide range of ailments. To this must be added recognition of the experience and knowledge of the doctors who have been proven to be so accurate in their diagnosis throughout the period. This, after all, is what is wanted from a medical facility above all other requirements. To be treated warmly and sympathetically as well, is an added bonus. We expect too much, at times, from our doctors but at Parkview Health Partnership their consistency in delivering high quality care should be recognised for the achievement in management that it is.
I am pleased to have an opportunity to provide a rating - at last - as it always was an intention but it is important that satisfied patients make the effort and hopefully give helpful guidance to new patients. This is my review but waiting room conversations have often revealed how well the practice is regarded by its users and hopefully they will agree that the sentiments expressed here represent a - silent - majority view. | ||||||
