Urgent appointment for mental health after hitting the wall of anxiety. No immediate support options offered. Condescending distant / distracted phone conversation. If anything having to ‘unpack’ my struggles verbally without any tangible hope being offered only serves to confirm I’m alone. Why bother |

Obviously struggling to meet their demands in the current climate, as are all GPs. I don't want to speak for the standard of care, which I think is as good and professional as you can expect from a GP practice. However, I agree with other comments that the attitude of some of the partners can be condescending and this doesn't help the experience. It is a shame Dr Janssen left as she was one of the better ones. |

I have been with this surgery for many years and until recently had only praise for it. However everything changed with the pandemic but has got worse since. The support staff do their best but the current GPs have no interest in their patients. They don't listen, are patronising and can't get off the phone quick enough. The average time is 5 mins and there is no hope of a face to face appointment unless you are an emergency in which case you would go to A&E. I have complex issues which require advice and have to rely on Google for it. Sad state of affairs |
