    Receptionist clearly mightily annoyed that we went in to register at 5.40pm. was exceptionally discourteous, short, sharp, unwelcoming, unhelpful so much so I left shaken and upset. I have never been treated so badly. Our documents weren't even passed back to our hands and were just chucked on the counter. We couldn't get there earlier as we came straight from work. Will be going elsewhere

    So difficult to get an appointment and then phone appointment not kept.

    The healthcare assistant is very reassuring and very nice and kind. Helped calm down my daughter when having bloods done.
