This practice goes out of its way to frustrate. They refuse to make face to face appointments without first having a telephone consultation, they misdiagnose cancer and if you want to speak to them on the telephone be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. When you do eventually get through to this quacks practice they will make every excuse under the sun to avoid doing their jobs, I can only sum them up as being down right lazy parasites. |

I had a Tel call followed by a Appointment at the Surgery with Staff Nurse (Helen) Yet again Outstanding Practice. I was very low in mood , and very quickly Helen Examined me in great detail. I was very soon picked up by Helen’s handling of me . Her Communication is Excellent , very Confident excellent Manner , Attitude Diligence and Enthusiasm was brilliant. First of all the GP that I have seen is amazing no complaint about that.
However, it is impossible to book appointments. The online appointments do not work and the receptionist are very rude and disrespectful, in person and on the phone.
They have lost my referral to therapy twice, they have denied to book appointments and even when my GP asked me to call for un update the receptionist wouldn’t do it. Which delayed my prescription as they wouldn’t give me an appointment.
In general every time I interact with the receptionist they are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They are not trained to deal with people which is necessary for a receptionist.
I hope something is done about it as there are many other reviews that had had the same problems with them. |
