Hello, I am very impressed by the standard of care and support regarding this surgery and staff Yes, there is upheaval at this surgery due to builders/ but the surgery side continues with a high standard of cleanliness. While cleverly splitting areas in order to carry on there jobs with high hygiene and confidentiality . | ||||||

I would like to say that the doctor I saw today 13.05.19, was like a breath of fresh air. He explained everything to me clearly and in a language I could understand , even explaining my previous results from tests I had done earlier in the year. | ||||||

Recently I had my Asthma review with the new Practice Nurse. She was absolutely amazing and I just wanted to compliment her and say a huge “Thank You”. I have never before had such a thorough assessment for my condition and came away with an easy to follow management plan, a better understanding of how to manage my condition and stay well, and the feeling that somebody cared about me. Other issues were picked up and appropriate appointments made. This nurse demonstrated care and empathy and treated me as an individual. A really good example of person-centred care. I had been unwell and struggling badly but now feel confident and reassured. This nurse was exceptional and a real asset to Marybrook Surgery and to the Nursing profession. Please pass on my thanks and comments. | ||||||
