Booking system is appalling. Only 3 hours a day you can ring for an appointment (when I am at work). Rude & disinterested reception staff. Doctors are good if you can actually get to speak to them. | ||||||

Just received a letter to say NHS England will remove my records from this practice in 30 days. No warning, no direct assistance offered to transfer, short timescale, a poor letter.
Basically I now understand i live out of their boundary,and their priority is to "put their patients first". i thought I was a patient but obviously not. I am agile enough to go and sort this myself others may be more distressed. Quite unprofessional. | ||||||

Been with this practice since it first opened it’s doors over 20 years ago but over the last year it has seriously gone downhill. Only able to book an appointment over the phone ,which I find extremely difficult as I work in a school and can only access my phone at lunchtime when all appointments are gone as I have already started work when the lines open in the morning. Also this awful triage system when you are asked by the receptionist what your problem is which I really only want to discuss with a qualified doctor. So have taken the decision to leave. | ||||||
