I called into the surgery to book a repeat prescription. When I got home there was a text asking me to save paper by ordering my prescription on line. I found this rather ironic as I had previously tried to book my prescription by telephone but was told that I could not do this ( as it blocked the lines) and would either have to call in or use the web site. Public services need to be aware that not everyone as access to/ wishes to use the internet, and should provide options and be non-judgemental when they are used. More generally I wonder if anyone at the Medical Centre reads these reviews ad takes any action on them? | ||||||

After waiting on the phone for 13 mins. I was told that I could no longer order a prescription by phone even though I explained that I had a mobility problem until I go into Coventry Hospital on Friday for Major Spinal surgery. No consideration or help. We don't all have computer's to go on line. William H. | ||||||
