Doctors don’t seem to be interested in what’s wrong with you. Forget it if you want a referral to a specialist or need a scan. Mental health seems to be their answer for everything, even when your issue has nothing to do with mental health. Every appointment I’ve had they have told me to go on antidepressants. Currently looking for a different GP surgery who I hope will listen to my concerns. |

Rang up today in tears asking for an emergency appointment as my mental health is in shatters, the receptionist was beyond unhelpful despite me being in tears and pretty much begging for an appointment. Then when asking for me DoB,I exclaimed through my tears what it was to be met with a very impatient 'SORRY?!' Battleaxe gatekeepers are the last people who should be on the phones especially with the current mental health epidemic, if someone was feeling suicidal then she may push someone over the edge. Do better. |

I have had nothing but positive experiences with all doctors, nurses and receptionist staff. They have been very thorough with my health. They work extremely hard to still deliver the service they provide, under very difficult times. |
