Dreadful. Very unhappy and will be leaving after today’s shambolic events with appointments and waiting times. |

In general very poor... finally after years they have updated their phone system to handle multiple callers (saves you calling 80 times before getting through) Unable to book an appointment in advance (only for the day) with lines open from 8:15am if you are lucky enough to get through at 8:45... there is no appointments left... how is this possible? Recently managed to book an appointment... arrived on site to be advised that this is a phone appointment!? Nobody mentioned that when I was booking... Appointment was for 15:50.... 16:40 I get a call... three rings... hang up... couldn’t even get to the phone! Rang reception... waited and finally have been told that the doctor is on the other call already and will try to ring me back after... 17:00 (with the phone in my hands) finally get the call back!!! Great service I have to admit |

Admin staff (some in particular) were helpful and used common sense [note used too]. Clinicans go from judgemental to I'm busy. Attended this surgery in late 2018, and, started okay. Things gradually worsened as they don't have experience with people with Chronic Health Problems and Complex Mental Health Issues. My advice is whatever practice you choose, they are meant to be your first port of call from cradle to grave. Don't settle for the closest etc. Go find a practice that offers care and makes you feel that you matter. Treat choosing a practice like choosing a home, and, avoid this one. This comes from a EMT and an RGN with Legal Expo. Can't go into much detail but anyone with issues please contact the South Worcestershire CCG /Hereford and Worcester NHS CCG and the health regulators CQC. A GP prebooked a Home Visit, and, on the day did not attend and when we called; we were told 'you're a non patient - you know the home visit policy' even though they admitted that their is no HV Policy. Just avoid the Practice, from a Clinical and Personal point of view. |
