Pleasant receptionists and kind nurses is the only non-critical comment we can come up with currently as ... Actually being seen by a Doctor with whom we are familiar, and one who knows us, has become a rare occurrence. Also, having to explain previous medical history, allergies etc., etc., becomes irksome when feeling unwell and in need of professional support. The Surgery has changed and for some, sadly not for the better. |

Waited 4 weeks for an appointment to be called the day before to be told my doctor had chosen to work at home so my appointment was cancelled , rescheduled , arrive at what I thought was my appointment time to be told I was 10 minutes late and unable to be seen , even though I have sat waiting for over 30 minutes for my appointment previously , apparently no one had been seen in my place! receptionist was abrupt and lacked any empathy , also received a text telling me my child needed a polio vaccination which I booked only to be called the day before to be told they had made a mistake and he had already had it! Not a great experience at this doctors receptionist are particularly abrupt |
