Handed in a perscription from a consultant on the Wednesday a.m., attempted to collect perscription on Saturday - it had not been handed to either of the 2 pharmacies. Tried surgery first thing Monday morning to be told 72hrs wait was only for repeat perscriptions. Those like mine would take up to a week! The receptionist was extremely rude and not the least bit helpful. She told me if my usual pharmacy did not collect my perscription by 3pm I would not get it until Tuesday. I told the receptionist in that case to hand it to the on site pharmacy. I Contacted Consultant's Secretary who contacted GP to say my perscription was urgent. I have just been to the on site pharmacy 18.30 to be told it has not been filled. I ask you. The inefficiency of this practice is unbelievable |

SHOCKING !!!!!!!!! The staff are beyond rude and the mistakes made are crazy. A staff member and how she brought me to tears almost put me over the edge |

On 20/07/22 requested a prescription. 7days later the doctor had not cleared the repeating prescription. Rang the recommended prescription enquiry line @ 1030 hrs & 1115hrs to be told the line was closed and is only open between 10AM & 12 PM !!!. WHEN IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE? |
