OX. Dont know. Have not had any released.

Me. So I could miss them if if I dont call back at the right time.
Ox. Errr, Sorry.I can give you an appointment for primary care.
I took the appointment but after speaking to the nurse practitioner they said i should have seen my GP.
What has happened. I still pay NI each month, not sometimes.

I can't fault the surgery with the care and treatment I have received. The doctors nurses and reception staff are always pleasant and professional . Obviously there can be problems getting through on the phone at peak times but online services does help in making my own appointments for the doctors. | ||||||

I'm extremely happy with the practice I changed from another surgery in workington where I felt I wasn't being to treated properly and didn't feel as though I was taken seriously . I've been investigated by oxford street and was found to be lacking in b12 so I'm now on 3 monthly injections but I feel so much better and I'm happy it's not depression like my previous gp suggested.. Well done | ||||||
