Practice Managers should be sacked… this has to be the worst and most incompetently managed system in the County. How on Earth are you supposed to get an appointment and why can I not book an appointment in advance… you need to remember some people have work commitments?? | ||||||

It took me 15mins to talk to the lovely receptionist in my practice, Oxford Street. The telephone system, is in one word CRAP. The wait of 15mins was unbelievable. Please can we go back to the previous answering system. | ||||||

Absolutely appalling service ,took forever to get through on the phone and then to be told you can only make an appointment at 8 in the morning,just when we're all getting ready for work and don't have half an hour or more to spare trying to get a go appointment. This is very outdated system which clearly isn't working,you might want to take a.look at maryport group practice or aspatria practice for ideas on how to get it right . | ||||||
