No answeron the phone rings for 30 seconds & are then cut off.know a lor of people who say the same.go to the surgery they tell you to ring for an appointment.a circle with no end been in this practice for 70 years need to move doctors | ||||||

Always have to wait a long time to get an appointment especially if you want to see a. Particular doctor or referred to community hospital walk in centre which is overworked and understaffed- receptionists have no right to ask "what is the problem" or ""is it urgent" theyare not qualified to decide this-practice is very understaffed as far as doctors are concerned-large number of locum doctors used who do not know you or your medical history so have to go back to square one as far as your history is concerned making the appointments late and over run | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and can't fault any aspect of the care I have received. One Dr in particular has been wonderful to all of my family. I find the receptionists to be friendly and helpful at all times and I've never had to wait long if I need to be seen | ||||||
