I have been a patient with Manor House now for 51 year's, when it was one of the Best surgeries you could have asked for. Since the merge with Station avenue things are absolutely terrible, you are unable to book an appointment on line via the app, no point in having this at all. You now need to fill in a consultation slip write down your symptoms and wait for wait for someone to read this and make a decision as to how important or urgent your case is. I had a bad eye infection I received a text telling me to go to my options, my options told me to see my GP, I bought medication over the counter at boots, three days later I was at A&E. If I could find another practice I would, such a shame to come to this. |

No matter what your condition or circumstances the staff at Manor House Surgery appear to treat their patients with disdain and disrespect. Try to make an appointment by telephone and one will have to endure the torture of horrific, overly loud music type noise for an extended period of time (hours even!) before being told nothing available for the near the future. If you do manage to speak to a clinician it seems they have not even bothered to read your medical record and are prone to making off the cuff diagnoses that can actually be harmful to your health. Many patients feel obliged to bypass the truly awful telephone process and go to the surgery in person in an agonizingly useless quest for an appointment. The office manager should be done for human rights abuse due to undue suffering imposed upon patients. It is deeply saddening and somewhat worrying that this has been going on for years. Absolutely dreadful. |

Yesterday i went to Manor House Surgery and there were no GP appointments available, i am currently suffering from high blood pressure and headaches. Reception informed me to contact them at 8am next day to try and get an appointment or to contact 111 service. Tried to contact 111 but they were unavailable as a long wait over 30mins . |
