Both the administration and doctors are ineffectual, admin are both slow and or inaccurate at recording info causing delays in follow on treatment from consultants and physio.
Several misdiagnosis have caused both delay in receiving further hospital treatment and considerable extended periods of unnecessary pain and anxiety. Unfortunately other local surgeries are full, though I continue to enquire | ||||||

l usually book online for appointments or for prescriptions. l try to see same doctor all the time that way l am sure he knows what is best for me. staff are friendly and polite. | ||||||
